COVID-19 has brought drastic change in our way living, together we can breakthrough every challenges. Remember you are your #1 defense by protecting ourselves, our family and friends by simply washing our hands frequently, cover our nose when stepping out for groceries, wear long sleeves regardless of the weather, stay six feet from next person, if where you are is not airy, stay a little farther away from the next person. Remove your gloves as soon as you step out, don’t drive with same gloves on hand, take off your face mask or any form coverage and put it away before you sit in your car. Be on top of your nutrients, stay hydrated.

    Be aware of your surroundings! People are carriers of the virus and it’s easily transferable because they show no symptoms. It takes between 1 to 2 weeks before you start experiencing fatigue, dry nagging cough, fever, and trouble breathing. Another thing you can do is get a small mist producer or steamer to keep in your room.
