It takes between 1 to 2 weeks before you start experiencing fatigue, dry nagging cough, fever, and trouble breathing. There is no treatment as of yet but you can boost up your immune system and energy with a smoothie! Smoothies are loaded up with antioxidants! Another thing you can do is get a small mist producer or steamer to keep in your room. If you do not have that you can also pour some very hot water in a big bowl, place it on a table, and cover your head with a bath towel. Use a wooden spoon and stir the water. Breathe in and out for 10 -15 minutes, repeat as needed. Hydrate yourself with warm water, and be sure to get plenty of rest. Be mindful to cough in your elbow, and avoid touching your face. The virus can remain airborne for about 3 hours before dropping to the ground. Seek immediate help If you start to experience symptoms. Wash, wash, wash your hands. Let’s Live well and be happy.
